Have you ever felt like brownies, but didn't have a package in your cupboard to take out and make? I used to think you needed a package to make just about anything, but boy was I wrong. This brownie recipe is easy and delicious, probably better than any mix I've tried. I added caramel chips for a twist. These were really gooey and needed about 40 minutes, not 25, to cook. They may not look perfect, but they tasted great!Ingredients:
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa (level)
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Best when on the chewy side.
