Ingredients:
4 Haddock fillets
1 egg
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup corn starch
Paprika to taste
2 tbsp butter
Directions:
Mix flour, corn starch, and paprika in bowl. Dip haddock in egg and coat with flour mixture. Melt butter in skillet and fry haddock until it become flaky, 5 to 7 minutes.
